Also, we have a dev call for this Friday. Do we have anything to
discuss, or should we just cancel?

I'm not sure we need to meet, but I have a topic to check on wrt documentation:

Heather and I had a conversation a week (no...two weeks!) ago about inline documentation / contextual help - the idea being that some of the concepts in COmanage will be new to users - particularly casual users.  For example, I'm a new user who just logged in.  ...What exactly is a "Collaboration"?  Some ideas we discussed (from my scratchy notes, unedited):

    1. quick help on the front page

    2. popup with version changes for users (e.g. like new confluence version does)

    3. login page: please login (with what?) - some explanation there?

    4. Welcome page:

      1. Break the “please select” message out of title

      2. Rephrase to something like “Please select the collaboration in which you want to participate.”

      3. add an info link to the right for explaining what a collaboration is

    5. Person canvas:

      1. info buttons and info text for each heading

    6. Platform pages - info buttons next to titles of pages (explaining what the “thing” is, e.g. collaborations)

There are some specific ideas in there, but what we recognized after looking at a lot of the interface is that the inclusion of info buttons (e.g. http://www.zeusdraw.com/_images/ProductInfoButton.png, or "what's this", or an underline indicating a pop up word bubble) near most of the headings of pages and heading of canvas sections could be helpful in explaining what things are and how they work.

I don't think this has much bearing on most forms, as many have excellent in-line help already.

If we agree that these are worthwhile features (and covered by TIER), I'll create some tickets.
