FYI, there's a security fix in Cake 2.7.6. We're at 2.7.3, so I think
we'll need to upgrade before tagging 1.0.0.

This also suggests a discussion around how to handle the fact that no
deployments have (AFAIK) ever upgraded. They haven't announced how far
back the fixed bug goes.
