I forget, is your potential conflict for the entire week?

Assuming no REFEDs or other full day conflicts, I think our options are
all day Sunday or Wednesday afternoon. (We might be able to do all day
Thursday, but we'd probably need special assistance again.) I'm inclined
to put in a request for all day Sunday unless you'd be more likely to be
able to attend later in the week.

We could also use this as a "meet with Jim" opportunity as well.
