In an attempt to fix CO-896, I've added support for LinkableBehavior.
Linkable is like Containable, but it uses joins instead of multiple
queries, isn't core (though it's written by one of the Cake regulars),
isn't as polished, and has basically no documentation.

But, it seems to have worked, with some hacking.

As a side effect, CoPetition is now Changelog enabled. You'll need to
update your database schema with your next pull.
