I've just pushed a commit that updates the js_confirm_generic dialog to 
accommodate i18n and token replacement.  I've removed the "resend 
invite" dialog and replaced it with the generic one and all seems well.

I've also replaced the delete confirm for API Users as a start to 
replacing all the delete confirmation dialogs with the generic one. When 
this ticket is done, I'll have deprecated all but the generic dialog.

While this is not a dramatic change, it is a bit intrusive.   So if you 
have a chance, you may want to make sure everything looks right from 
your end, particularly with the "resend invitation" links.
