I've merged in Benn's latest changes and am about to push a very large 
commit to the repo.  This update completes most of CO-1125 (Unify UI 
approach for in-page menus) with four fields.inc files remaining to be 
finished.  I'll comment on this in the ticket, and I hope to wrap these 
up tomorrow.  I wanted to get this large commit in to free up Heather 
for screenshots.

Some minor stylistic cleanup and small bug fixes are also included in 
this push.
