The commit for the following ticket will be large:

It will touch almost every file in View/ - perhaps more so than any other previous commit of mine. The breadcrumbs, title, and in-page navigation will be moved on every page as I refactor the navigation and titles.
I hope to push this to git once I've completed the changes - most likely tomorrow if I can get it done. I've completed about a quarter. If you need me to hold off or to pay close attention to any particular areas prior to this push, please let me know.
