I suspect because back in the day you were going to look into this.

I moved it back to 0.9.4. A bunch of code is already committed, so now
the ticket needs to be linked to 0.9.4, with future changes probably
split into a new ticket. (I need to see what else should be enabled...
other than groups it may be that most things are already changelogging.)
