Hi all,

Scott had mentioned on the last dev call that the Grouper plugin was
done (yay!).  I was looking at the documentation and wondered: do you
think people will expect to see something about Grouper at the top
level of the COmanage Technical Manual, or is it better to leave it
under "Provisioning From Registry"?  If people would expect to see a
page about Grouper within the top two levels of documentation, is it
better for that page to be the plugin page
(https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/Grouper+Provisioning+Plug
in)
or something more general?

I _think_ something about Grouper more towards the top will make sense
given people's expectations, but I'd like to hear opinions from you
programmer types.
