Regarding https://bugs.internet2.edu/jira/browse/CO-597

Before I resolve the ticket:

I have opted to list the name only for now; however the name is a 
pull-down for managing identities within different COs, and can't (at 
the moment) be used for displaying other auth user info.  This behavior 
could be changed if desirable, showing a div with some information and 
links out to manage the CO identities...

But what is appropriate to display in the drop down div? Organizational 
identity?  Info from the current CO?

Or do we not show a div, and just leave it as is?
