Agenda:
Current status of Grouper provisioner (Scott)
- - Scott has tightened up things around members groups. They need to
be auto-managed only. Also made sure that in the UI, the members
group edit is disabled. One issue found regarding the people canvas -
the alignment is off when the group cannot be edited (Scott to file a
Jira)
- - path for reconciliation that accommodates upgrades has been added by
adding to the CO groups controller a functioned called reconcile; REST
call needs to be documented in the wiki

Query about history record requirements (Scott)
- - where and when should these be created? They should happen
automatically since the provisioner is just calling other things.
- - there should be a record made when someone is added or removed from
a group

LIGO - members of closed groups (Scott)
- - CO-795
- - if you have a closed group and a normal user is a member of that
group, that normal user can remove himself from the closed group.
Possibly only an owner should be able to do that.
- - What does Grouper do? You would not be allowed to remove yourself
from a closed group. We should model that behavior.
- - further discussion moved offline

Quick sanity check on CO-828 (Arlen)
- - Selector menu item
- - Alren to update ticket

0.9.2.1 release?
- - enough other stuff is being committed that we should go ahead to a
0.9.3 release ASAP (target next Thursday)

Expiring roles and LDAP provisioning
- - proposal is to provision LDAP even for people who have expired. If
you are not active or grace period, we do not provision your groups,
but we would provision everything else.

Code reviews
- - we need to do it more

Agile plugin is now working in Jira
- - do we want to use it?
- - no, probably not, but Heather and Benn to look at it further while
on the train in Japan
