I have no objections.

No, I do not think so, other than ease for us in finding it. But it is
going away
and will be replaced by the new demo server.

I think we can and should write such a document. There is a general
theme that is pretty much the same for all applications--more of a
roadmap than specific instructions, but I think it would still be
helpful.
