Not sure what you mean by "terms and conditions warning". The "database
save failed" was from the save of the notification, which is a side
effect of the change you are really trying to make.

BTW, I just posted a commit that should fix the LDAP provisioning
errors. You might want to try that on a test instance first as I had to
refactor a fair amount of code.
