There are quite a few fixes and enhancements in 0.9.1, so I'd like to
tag it soon. I've moved most of the remaining tickets into 0.9.2,
leaving only the ticket Arlen has open and a handful of bugs reported by
Mike Manske.

My goal is to resolve the bugs in the next few days, with the intention
to tag 0.9.1 by the end of the week (assuming Arlen finishes his ticket
by then).

For now, 0.9.2 has 67 issues. We should probably split some of those
into 0.9.3.
