Just committed the last of CO-830 (breadcrumbs) - touches a lot of 
files.  You'll want to pull the changes.

Note that the second commit message should probably have read "merge 
branch co830 into develop" - but I managed to give it the same message 
as the original commit of my working branch.  Sorry if that's confusing 
... unlike SVN it looks like a simple change to the commit message (once 
pushed) requires a force push ... which looks a little heavy handed, so 
I'm going to leave it alone.
