Ok - I've made updates to the drop-down menu and a few minor formatting 
tweaks to the notification page.

Really nice command-line interface for creating these!  (-:

I note that upon ack or cancel for a notification, we are directed back 
to / by the controller:
    $this->redirect("/");
Once we have the co landing pages (dashboards), we could probably land 
there for the CO in use - and by doing so remain in the context of where 
the notifications are visible.  Currently after an ack, going to / can 
leave us with zero notifications when previously from within the CO we 
might have many.
