Jim and Andrew both OK'd the week of July 14. I think they may have a 
slight preference for Madison, but if Milwaukee were preferable they'd 
likely be able to come by.

Assuming we go to Madison, I'd prefer to do that first or last so I 
could fly in or out of there. I could also get a car for a one-way 
rental, but Scott presumably you'd still need to get home somehow.

How about a schedule like this:

 Tue - Benn, Arlen arrive MKE
 Wed - MyLIGO discussions
 Thu - MyLIGO discussions / COmanage Dev meeting
 Fri - Drive to Madison in the morning, Apereo discussions
       Benn, Arlen fly back Fri night or Saturday morning

We could swap Fri and Wed if needed.

I need to confirm I2 funding, so Arlen don't book air just yet...
