You can pick a different hotel if you like, but if you stay here: Scott, you should be able to get the state government rate of $152/night there;

Arlen, either you should just book a standard rate (or AAA rate if you have it), which is in the $189 - $229 range, or I could probably add a room for you on my reservation.

Arlen, assuming you're going, there's no specific guidance for flights, but you should aim for the lowest cost reasonable option. Let me know if you need any logistical assistance.

I'm flying in Sunday 2/23 midday and flying out first thing Thursday 2/27 morning.

I get in late Sunday and fly out early Thursday.
