Self service updates seem to be fairly broken in Registry at the moment. 
A handful of views offer an edit or add button, but I think 
authorization checks fail for all of them. So, effectively, no 
attributes are self editable at the moment.

Now would be a good time to figure out what to do (by default) here. 
Which of the following do we think should be editable by the user? 
Should it vary be deployment?

- Org Identity attributes, self asserted via petition
- Org Identity attributes, asserted by admin via petition
- Org Identity attributes, added after petition created
- Org Identity attributes, asserted by IdP
- CO Person attributes, self asserted via petition
- CO Person attributes, asserted by admin via petition
- CO Person attributes, added after petition created
- CO Person Role attributes, self asserted via petition
- CO Person Role attributes, asserted by admin via petition
- CO Person Role attributes, added after petition created

Attributes include

Name (official, preferred, author, alternate, fka): Org/CO Person
Address (home, office, postal): Org/CO Role
Telephone (fax, home, mobile, office): Org/CO Role: Org/CO Role
Email Address (delivery, forwarding, official, personal): Org/CO Person
Identifier (eppn, eptid, uid, etc): Org/CO Person
NSF Demographics: CO Person
Extended Attributes: CO Role

Org identity attributes: title, o, ou, affiliation
CO role attributes: title, o, ou, valid from/through, sponsor, affiliation

Group self service should be working.
