I am not seeing an open ticket in Jira that I can associate with the changes regarding navigation links from yesterday's discussion.  Do you want me to create a new one or reopen the old one?

I just committed and closed CO-643 (Improve CO Person Index Page) as per yesterday's discussion.  

Also, one of your recent updates missed something:

I still think the project could use some testing infrastructure to automatically catch things like this.
