Dear Scott,

We have room 705 in Pupin Hall (physics building 7th floor) for your
f2f meeting on Mon and Tue, Sep 9 -10.
Please let me know of your approx arrival and departure time on each
day, as this is the department's main meeting room, and I need to let
them know if any parts of those days are available for others. A list
of attendees would also be nice, just in case someone asks.

Sep 9 Monday will be the first day of school for my kids. I will stop
by in Pupin 705, arrange projector etc, at around 9:30-10AM. If you
want to start the meeting earlier please let me know and I will ask
someone from the group to accommodate you.

For directions please visit:
http://www.columbia.edu/cu/physics/about/main/directions/index.html

Suggested place to stay:
http://www.utsnyc.edu/andmark-guestrooms-reservations
Since you are coming to Columbia you can ask for the Columbia rate.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. (Aug
15-Sep4 I will be slow to respond...)

Sincerely,

Zsuzsa
