According to Atlassian, there a critical severity security vulnerability that exists in all versions of JIRA up to and including 5.1.4. We are running Jira 5.1.2 which I will upgrade bugs.internet2.edu and issues.incommon.org to most current jira version on this Saturday 7/20/2013 morning.
