Hi Scott,

Sure, no problem. Based on last year's schedule of our main conference
room, Mondays and Thursdays are to be avoided, in general. But, even
if our conference room is not available for the days you pick, up to 8
people can comfortably meet in my office where I have a projector,
conference phone and a blackboard.
