Did: got the search function working for the rest of the columns for Org IDs.  There are a pile of scaling/search related tickets, including these:

I've set it up such that it should be easy to extend to other models.  The current interface allows for searching any combination of the attributes, including partial matches.  Upon submission, it reloads the index page with the paginated filtered list of results.  Autocomplete is not in yet, but I might set that addition aside for now and come back to it after looking at some of the other tickets.  

Will do: more testing and maybe get to co533 this weekend or next week.
