Did: I met with Melody while in Pasadena to talk about the interface.
Did some reading on UX design.  I've been working on implementing the
search function for org identities.  I put the paginated list in a tab
and the search form in another tab div.  I've attached prelim
screenshots, but they will change as I build it out.

Will do:  The paginated list needs to be converted to an AJAX call to
speed up the page load.  Search needs to be finished and tested.  Most
of the examples I've come across for cakephp are old and/or broken.
Have some paperwork to take care of.

We should talk about what search params are needed or if it's expected
that people will care just about name.
