It's looking for the image in jquery/ui/css/start/images/ui-icons_056b93_256x240.png.

The "start" folder no longer exists. Was that renamed to the existing "comanage-theme"?

trunk is now updated to jquery 1.9.0 and jquery UI 1.10.0. Your next svn

Ugh, and this appears to have broken a bunch of stuff, including the
color scheme and the menu system...

OK, I upgraded superfish and now things are rendering again. I still
need to restore the settings for the theme, but at least it's functional
again.

And now everything is more or less back, except strangely the notification envelope isn't rendering...
