I've finished commits to fix issues with Pooled Organizational 
Identities and Email Address types that will make it easier for Scott to 
populate the test data. svn update to r413 to get these changes.

Note that the Email Address Type column values have changed. A simple

 SQL> update cm_email_addresses set type='P' where type='H';

should be sufficient to get things working. Also, any enrollment flow 
attributes defined on email address will need to be re-defined. (Just 
edit them to re-set the type of email address.)
