First, for our scrums: I'm starting to have a conflict on Monday
mornings (another 8-9am call) and wasn't sure how others were doing with
our regularly scheduled scrum times. Is Monday moveable, or does that
time work best for everyone else?

I have some flexibility. I seem to recall it was Scott who was constained.

Second, for our next sprint planning: From what I gathered this week,
Scott is swamped for all of December, and Marie still has some vacation
to burn. How would folks feel about a 2-week sprint to cover items
between Benn and Marie, and then do a bigger sprint (via phone/Skype) in
early January?

Since we haven't really accomplished much in sprint11, perhaps we should just extend it until the end of the year.

Third, for our next F2F and another sprint: The lunch meeting today
between Stuart, Warren, and Scott (with me as avid listener) led me to
believe that a dedicated meeting to discuss CO/COU structure is desired
and the timing for that would easily coincide with a much-needed longer
F2F for us. How about a week at CalTech in early February, half for the
COmanage Dev team and the other half for LIGO planning?

It would be nice if we could do a COmanage f2f before early February, but I think the earliest would be the week of January 21. But the concept of a coincided meeting makes sense.
