Here is an agenda timeline for the next two days with some thoughts on how 
I'd like to see it go:

Thursday:
08:30 - 09:30 Agenda Bashing
09:30 - 10:30 Project Level Topic
10:30 - 11:00 bio break
11:00 - 12:30 Project Level Topic
12:30 - 14:00 lunch
14:00 - 15:00 Special Interest Topic
15:00 - 15:30 bio break
15:30 - 17:00 Coding/Breakout

Friday:
08:30 - 09:30 Project Level Topic
09:30 - 10:30 Project Level Topic
10:30 - 11:00 bio break
11:00 - 12:30 Special Interest Topic
12:30 - 14:00 lunch
14:00 - 15:30 Coding/Breakout
15:00 - 15:30 bio break
15:30 - 16:30 Review
16:30 - 17:30 Management


Project Level Topics are topics that affect everyone to some extent and where 
I want broad feedback. They include things like:

- Preparations for moving to comanage based myLIGO
- Plans and progress on refactoring Grouper
- Plans for broader participation in maintenance, management, user support
- Backups, recovery, availability
- Timelines and aLIGO

Special interest topics may not be of interest to everyone, but benefit from 
having the right group of people together. They include things like:
- LDG authentication/authorizations effort
- User names conventions
- DCC domestication
- Elections system
- Two-factor authentication and Shibboleth Silver LOA

Coding and breakouts is supposed to give people a chance to do some work on a 
project that can benefit from having experts around. I personally hope to 
take advantage of that time for mentor database work. 

Management will be a meeting of a few people to focus on management issues. I 
trust no one will be spinning their wheels idly. This is all up for 
discussion at the agenda bashing tomorrow morning. See you at 08:30.
