I have not seen a draft yet.

I am not sure. I think we should just ask (on Thursday) for that time
(on Friday).

Thanks, but I am just processing two urgent tasks:

1) Updating and federating wiki.ligo.org

2) Integration with CILogon.

Those should both be done by the end of December or early January and then
I can focus on COmanage.
