Hi,

Below is an (edited) note I sent regarding the COmanage demo at the
LIGO F2F.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Scott

Hi,

I have decided I need to punt on a LIGO-specific demo of
COmanage for the F2F.

I need to spend my time today and tomorrow completing the
necessary planning work to upgrade wiki.ligo.org. You can
follow my progress at

https://www.lsc-group.phys.uwm.edu/wiki/GravityDocs/FoswikiConfigurationSqueeze

If you are concerned about the COmanage/MyLIGO 2.5 progress
and want to mitigate risks I suggest:

- as part of a larger scheduling and resourcing effort at the
F2F we can work with Benn and Heather to attempt to put down more
deliverable dates for COmanage/MyLIGO 2.5

I do ask, however, that if we do that we also do it for all
other Auth Project sub tasks, and come up with a concrete
plan for how to manage the timeline. The "sprint planning"
model we use within COmanage might be a model to pursue.

- If instead of trying to establish timelines and
deliverable dates you just want to understand our
COmanage/MyLIGO roadmap to feel assured that we have the
right things planned we can do that instead.

- as always you can see our roadmap, access the JIRA (which we
use for planning), and download the current source from

https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/Home

Note that after January I plan to spend the brunt of my LIGO
time on COmanage/MyLIGO.

Thanks,

Scott
