Hi,

To make the demo experience a bit nicer I have:

- redirected all http:// to https://

- upgraded the EDS to the latest version. The version what was
  running was actually an early beta.

- crafted the DS page to use the COmanage CSS so that it looks
  "embededd". It is not truly embedded since the URL is
  outside of Registry but it looks embedded. No changes were
  made to Registry source to accomodate this.

- changed the Shibboleth configuration to blacklist a couple
  of IdPs that do not make sense in the demo context like test
  servers

- changed the Shibboleth configuration so that when the
  InCommon metadata is loaded any IdPs that have not exclusively
  used the new mdui: metadata elements a nice work around is
  used that makes the EDS look better

- fixed up the Paul Caskey social2saml IdP metadata, which
  uses Google exclusively, so that the EDS shows a nice Google
  entry with logo in the EDS

The above changes did not require any Registry source code
changes. The following *should* be incorporated into Registry
in some way, to be discussed:

- edited auth/login/index.php so that if REMOTE_USER is not
  set or is empty a redirect is done to the InCommon
  centralized error handling service.

  The redirect could be a configuration option if instead we
  send a redirect somewhere into the Registry application and
  then had a controller that did the configured thing.

  Other things are possible. We should discuss...

- edited auth/logout/index.php so that the local Shib session
  is killed before returning to the main page.

  This is another redirect that could be a configuration
  option. More to discuss...
