One of my homework assignments is to explore getting the demo service in to 
R&S category for InCommon.  One of the things we need before doing that is a 
list of what attributes we would be requesting from the various IdP of the 
world.  Since we're not a production service, which seems to be a 
requirement, I'm not sure we'll actually be able to be listed under the R&S 
category, but if we were, what attributes are we looking to get?

* eduPersonPrincipalName or displayName?
* mail

Keeping in mind we are looking for the least required, what else goes on this 
list?
