Add slide regarding registry enrollment to add to standard slide deck


Right now, I'm trying to remember if that means:
  a. Add it to the deck that Benn created for Ken
  b. Add it to one of the COmanage slide presentation templates on https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/Presentations (see "Presentation templates")
  c. Create a new slide deck
or
  d. Some set of the above
