Hi,

Attached is a PDF of a short whitepaper I wrote for an NSF
workshop. It is a sketch of the LIGO Identity Management
Project.

The intention of the workshop on cyberinfrastructure is to
help the NSF learn about infrastructure and designs that could
be more widely leveraged across NSF funded science projects. I
am arguing, though not directly in the paper, that the LIGO
design and experience is reusable.

I mention this because I talk about COmanage in the document.
