I've updated the flow diagram at

 https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/Registry+Enrollment

Changes include:

- Add "account linking" flow to self enrollment, per conversation with 
Keith Hazelton
- Re-order administrator enrollment slightly to reflect what we're 
actually doing
- Change "Pending" to "Pending Approval" (I think we may have other 
Pending states going forward)
- Change "Rejected" to "Denied"
- Add "Status Update" callout
- Change outlines to gray for not-yet-implemented steps (most of them)

I suspect this diagram will continue to evolve.
