Hi all -

I'm still working on my CO versus COU doc, and one of the things I'm
including is Scott's diagram of the component parts of LIGO.  Scott, do
you want that diagram updated before we let this doc in to the wild?

I think this doc needs more fleshing out, so I am going to bounce it off
of Tom Barton and Ann West to get their take on whether smart people can
understand the distinctions I'm making.  If you all have any feedback,
you count as smart people, too. :-)
