More stuff!  This is the whole changelist for the whole header.  I added a few CSS files, changed the logo, added one image for the background of the header, and added superfish for the dropdowns.  Some of the changes to the controllers are one-liners to add a call to the parent beforeRender, which  was previously unnecessary because there was nothing in the parent.  The header is broken up into three "Elements" plus the logo, which are called in from default.ctp.  The footer is also tacked on in default.ctp.  Attached is the diff.
