In View/CoNsfDemographics/index.ctp, I don't think this was intended to 
have been committed

 print Security::hash("asdf", null, true);

I didn't look for others.

We should probably also add a standard for using debug() rather than 
print, so at least then it won't echo if debug is set to 0, and it'll 
also be easier to find.

I'll update the coding guide.
