We had an interesting exercise today of reviewing the InCommon IAPs for 
what COmanage Registry would need to support them "out of the box". As a 
disclaimer, in a proper federated model the answer is "nothing at all, 
that's not a valid question." However, where VOs must still issue their 
own credentials for the time being, it may be useful functionality.
