I'm looking at cmp_enrollment_configurations_controller.php
when changing edu_person_affiliation to affiliation for co87,

Or does it mean something else here?

The ticket says "org_people:edu_person_affiliation and co_people:e_p_a should probably become org_people:affiliation co_people:affiliation". This means the table names (and related things... documentation, variables, etc).

What do you mean by all instances?

BTW, if you write references as 'CO-94' instead of 'co-94' in JIRA, JIRA will automagically convert them to links. (Don't know why it's not smart enough to figure it out for lowercase.)
