Some notes when opening tickets...

The description should be useful enough that when you look at the ticket 
a year later, you'll remember what it's about in excruciating detail. I 
don't remember (eg) where $sponsors is set or why it's a problem that 
it's a big chunk of data, and I wrote that comment a couple of days ago.

Also, populate the component, affects versions, and fix versions fields. 
Component is generally 'Registry', affects is usually the current 
version (0.3 in this case), and fix is the target. We can probably push 
this to 0.6 (the general cleanup release).

I'm not sure this is really a subtask. I'd probably have this as a 
separate ticket that is related to (linked to) CO-89.
