Hi,

Here is an example of adding multiple COUs.

Ideally this action would be taken by the LSC Spokesperson herself
without having to ask us to do it.

Note the mixture of people not already known to the system and others
that would be known to the system but changing roles.

Following the approval of the LSC council, I request the addition of
four new groups to the LSC roster:

(1)  IndIGO consortium (India), a confederated group, including
Chennai Mathematical Institute, Chennai; Inter-University Centre for
Astronomy and Astrophysics, Pune; Indian Institute of Science
Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram; and University of Delhi,
New Delhi. The PI of the LSC group is Anand Sengupta, from University
of Delhi.  His email is

(2) Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE), Sao Jose dos
Campos, Brazil. The group PI is Odylio Denys Aguiar, his email is

(3) American University, Washington, D.C., USA. The group PI is Gregg
Harry, a previous LSC member at the LIGO-MIT group. His email is

(4) Abilene Christian University, Abilene, TX, USA. The group PI is
Josh Willis, who is an LSC member as a scientist affiliated with AEI
