In putting together a diagram for how identities flow into the CMP, I 
accidentally generated "Identity Intake" to label the process. I'm 
thinking this might be a better phrase than "onboarding".

It might also be useful to have a label for the whole thing, perhaps 
"Registration" to align with the concept of an underlying Registry and 
with most people's familiarity with a registration process. Or we could 
just call it "Intake & Enrollment".
