I've put together a second mockup, this one from the perspective of the 
COllabmin.  As for the first one, the purpose is primarily to provide a 
visualization of functionality for discussion.

I've also updated the first mockup to include a "COllaborators" tab, as 
well as tweak a few other things.

These pages should both align with the current requirements document,
