Interesting question. I understand the role of statefulness in (de-)provisioning, but what types of events do you anticipate will trigger state transitions? VO-located, enterprise-located? And do you think the finite state model should be pretty simple (registering, active, inactive, archived), or something more sophisticated?
What statefulness will the STS require? Is it just "only produce tokens while user is in active state"?
