I won't be able to make this call, unfortunately, However, I looked over the service offerings draft and have one serious question.

What types of activities/COs will be given *free* access to the service?

For example, Internet2/MACE working groups, program committees, and InC collab groups should be encouraged and supported, not viewed as paying customers. Likewise we should facilitate working with our peers in other parts of the world to produce ever better infrastructure and services for our community. It would be beyond ironic if establishment of one such service impeded work on others.

I think any comanage service proposal that leaves this group should be very clear about such things, else readers will insert their own expectations in that space.
