huh?  I don't understand this.  People who do not have federated  
identity
can get an id from ProtectNetwork - but is this what is being asked?

kjk and steveo have privs to add other collabmins.  I have added
Tom and Steve.  As for Jim, I assume this is Leous but I can't find
him as a user of COmanage so I can't add him.  James Cramton is the
only Jim or James we have and I figured he wasn't the one wanted.
