After spending quite some time struggling with bedework -- it turns
out I was causing my own problems having configuration from the 3.4
bedework while trying to get 3.5 working.  I couldn't see the forest
thru the trees.

Bedework is now up and running.  It's a minimal config.  I will begin
fine-tuning some stuff.  Need to get the LDAP integration working to
key off those groups to get COllabmins to have privs.
