Folks,
  In the interest of your time and the lack of heather, let's cancel  
the Friday call and agree to pick it up on the 28th (even though that  
is just before the member meeting). But there are several things  
brewing to share via the list:
 1. a reminder that we have two sessions at the I2 fall member  
meeting - monday and wed. It would be good to structure the two  
sessions - let's do that on the list or on the 28th at the latest.
 2. thrilling stuff that michael is doing with the service  
development, and keeping us informed. in talking with the uninstalled  
customer base, a foodle type - see when the committee/group can have a  
special call slot, authenticated not just for security but to change  
one's preferences later, is a big seller.
3. we are up to four engaged VO's at this point - contact has been  
reaffirmed with LIGO (a heavy Grouper user getting into federated  
identity, rather an inverted order) and OOI. There is an NSF OCI  
subcommittee that I'm on that wants to use it, and I'm talking to the  
wiki wonk at NSF next week. Lastly, the GENI contract/grant is  
happening, and it needs a Comanage service early on.
4. lastly, what i'm spending too much time on, and what i'll share  
with you for help in a separate message, is using COmanage as a use  
case for the Tao workshop. It is a prime candidate for illustrating  
many different aspects of the attribute ecosystem, but getting that  
mapped is harder than I can handle.

finally, i own the item of scheduling the next int'l collab call. real  
soon now...
